Had my daughters wedding here and it was absolutely perfect!!! We were so Blessed with two of the most amazing day of coordinators, Haley and Hannah. Haley answered all our questions, allowed me and my daughter to come in to try out our decor pieces to ensure they matched the venue perfectly. Guided us through the process and decisions and was just absolutely so sweet, kind and professional. I felt she went above and beyond to ensure the big day went smoothly. Hannah was also very sweet, kind and professional. They always greeted us with smiles and kindness, which goes a long way especially since planning for a big wedding can get a little stressful. Haley and Hannah, thank you for being so wonderful!!!! Thank you for setting up everything that I brought in, all of my tablecloths, my glassware, candles, everything was handled with such care. Thank you so much!

Played Kings Dunes for an FSGA tournament and the course was in immaculate condition. Greens are still a little new so bouncy, but roll very true.

Hayley is truly exceptional and played such a huge role in making our wedding day at Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club everything we dreamed of. She handled every detail with care, professionalism, and such a calm confidence that immediately put us at ease. On the day of, she made everything feel seamless and stress-free, allowing us to truly be present and enjoy every moment. Beyond that, everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The venue was absolutely beautiful, the food was phenomenal, and our guests were complimenting everything all night long. We heard over and over how much everyone loved the atmosphere, the service, and every detail of the evening. We are so grateful to Hayley and the entire team for making our day so special.

Hayley is, without question, one of the most exceptional event coordinators I’ve had the pleasure of working with at Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club. We’ve collaborated on everything from full-scale weddings to more intimate, thoughtfully curated gatherings, and she truly never disappoints. Her attention to detail, calm presence, and ability to anticipate needs before they even arise set her apart in the best way. She manages every moving piece with grace and precision, creating an experience that feels seamless not just for clients, but for every vendor involved. What I appreciate most is how deeply she cares about each event. It’s not just about execution… she’s invested in the outcome, the atmosphere, and making sure every guest feels something special the moment they walk in. If you’re planning an event at LWRCC, you are in the absolute best hands with Hayley. She elevates everything she touches!!
